Refund & Return Policy
Overview
At Sameer Traders, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our refund and return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the laptop must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging, accessories, and invoice.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Used or damaged laptops not caused by our error

Products with missing accessories or original packaging

Software issues after activation

Clearance or discounted items
Return Conditions
Returns may be accepted only in the following cases:
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges are subject to product availability and verification.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our mistake.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
